Poor student support by Damelin

DCC is extremely poor at resolving student inquiries. I wrote June 2019 exams (rewriting due to not being resulted in November 2016 because of their incompetence, since they failed to send my term mark to DHET as required). They could not resolve fir two years until it was I was requested to rewrite.

Today still there are no results after rewriting for the same reason as in 2016 and no one is taking my inquiry seriously instead I am told that someone who was dealing with it has left...
