Poor Services

<p>I have tried to enroll with Damelin in Feb 2014.Sended my application forms in and payed the full course fee of over R 3000.00.Please note that they did not find me on their system.They used my ID as reference.By May 2014 I didnt receive any of my study materials by then I asked for a refund.I had to complete all the documentation required.After I sended the documentation to Jacomina I never heard of them again.Seeing as Jacomina went on maternity leave and someone else took over.So a year later with still no feed back I reported them on Hellopeter.Someone contacted me three times and then again no feedback.So in February 2016 we contacted Damelin again explaining the whole process over again.This time we made a littlr progress.We forwarded all the mails and documentation aswell as proof of bank account required for the refund.Then AGAIN no feed back whatsoever on when we are receiving our refund.The communication and service is absolutely unacceptable and disappointing.How can one struggle for nearly 2 years just to get a refund ???</p>
