Poor service/communication and *********** staff

This year has been the most frustrating year as a Damelin Correspondence College student having to send countless emails and numerous calls to the institution to get update/feedback, despite copying the seniors and various support departments no one responds. The only time you hear from Damelin is when they want to collect due funds month end that seems to the be the only number that works all their contact details don't work or you would hold for hours with no answer. I recently sent an email to Geralda, Sumaiya and Academicsupport requesting statement of results till today no one has said anything. We are already in November and no results for students that wrote their exams in July. There is no support at all from this institution with the turmoil facing Educor and it subsidiaries I don't want to be caught in that. In May I requested a transfer to pursue my outstanding modules elsewhere like Unisa and IMM however Damelin coerced me to terminate my studies which means I'll forfeit the first year plus expected to pay for the 2nd year also,this means the 2/3yrs with them will be a waste for me but benefit for them as funds will be in their accounts. I have copied the department of higher education to intervene but also no joy from them too the people who should be protecting us as students. I have made a decision pursue my studies with a different institution please share the transcript and transfer letter this will enable me to continue elsewhere. SN 446156
