Poor service received sonce 2019

I have sunmitted all my assignments for year 1 Diploma in Business Management on July 2020. Today 2021/05/25 I receive an email from Damelin saying I must resubmit all the assignments again before end of 2021/05/25. In order for me to get my term results. However I already submitted the assignments in 2020 and I already received my marks now I must resubmit. Since I started my studies at Damelin in 2019 I have received poor service and over the years it has just gotten worse.
