Poor Service received

Good Day

I am a distant learner student doing Diploma in business management at Dameiln. My closest branch is Pretoria. I only received 1 of my subjects term results but I am sill in need of 3 other terms results. I also need the study schedule for NQF 2021. Please be advised that I have been calling since February 2021 to get my term results all the consultants just promise to send my term results and at the end of the day nothing gets done! I was given a bursary last year at work and now it is at a point were I need yo pay back the whole bursary amount because I am unable to submit my results. Please assist urgently as I really do not know what more I can do from my side.
