Poor Service - PHONES AND EMAILS UNANSWERED!

<p>It is unacceptable to be on hold for more than 10 minutes at a time. Can someone capable just please answer the ****** phone! All emails are just going into a black whole - no one answers them or call.</p> <p>I need to know URGENTLY about the asses*****t dates for my subjects so that I can be in time to qualify for the exam. And I need to settle my account. </p>
