Poor service! Late response!

I received more calls when i had to pay my registration! Was told my student material will be delivered within 21 days. Its 26 days today! Response on emails are poor! They do not come back shortly, even if they say so! Ive been asking them for exam dates 3 times. After 3 weeks still nothing! My first instalment will be deducted at the end of Feb. And i dont even have a single piece of material. Poor!
