Poor Service delivery - Damelin College

My wife enrolled for NQF level 3 end-user computers as a requirement by the Nursing council. So a consultant by the name Precious from Damelin at sales online call centre assisted her and advise my wife that the course is online. When she login into the Damelin student portal there is nothing loaded until to date. Let on the Manager from cape town responded to her and said it not an online course, they have courier the books. Now my wife received 8 books without any course guide as well in the pack. She tried calling all Damelin branches/support/cape town and they told her to contact the agent yet the sales agent is now avoiding her calls. Student 444167.
