POOR service delivery bad service to someone whose account is up to date.

I have registered my daughter with Damelin College in 2021.We were advised that the results will be released on the 15th February 2022. Around the 8th or 9th I received a call from a consultant instructing me to pay the balance. I asked how possible is that as I have signed up for the monthly debit order.

She then requested me to pay R1009,I asked her about it, she couldn't explain. I called Damelin after that and enquired about R1800 that was on my statement which I failed to understand. I was told it was for the examinations.

In September month my debit order went off on the 23rd, and on the 25th, I made a transfer of R2250 for the examinations. I have been calling Damelin, emailing, but up to now Dashboard is still blocked, I can't access the RESULTS and of which the last day for the results to be released was on the 28th.

I want Damelin to release my daughter's results. I am not in arreas and even when you call them the examination payment reflects on my statement.
