POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

Please note I've lost all my certificates. I went to Damelin I'm May 2017 to ask for a reprint for my warehousing certificate. I was told I need to pay a certain fee which did and provided an affidavit as well. I've been communicating with them since then even today I haven't received my award. I have been sent pillar to post. I even spoke to Analize Khambule who assured me I receive my award nothing still. I'm unemployed and workout that certificate I'm unable to get a job since it seems like I'm forging qualification since there's No proof of the certificate. I regret studying at damelin and I wouldn't advise anyone to study there. Their service is poor and frustrating at the same time.
