Poor Service

The worst institution I have ever came across. I completed Travelling and Tourism course year 1994. Unfortunately I lost my Diploma certificate and went to their offices to get assistance and was promised I will be contracted by a gentleman called Andrew Gilchrist. I got a response from him requesting that I needed to send the academic transcripts . I advised him that I don't have the information required as this almost 3decades. He then responded advising he's unable to assist as there is no record of registration, attendance nor assessment results. This College is so pathetic, they're unable to retrieve information in their systems??? I'm so disappointed with the services coming from such a "SO CALLED" recognised institution. After few attempts of emails sent to him still no response from Andrew Gilchrist.. Such a bad and *********** bunch of people that are working for Damelin Braamfontein. I need some one to get back to me with a copy of my certificate.
