Poor service.

Damelin is relentless in getting you to sign up, but then the problems start, it’s been 3 months now and student is still not registered. When you call in to follow up, then they tell you they need to send a mail to another department and you can call again in 3 days, once you call in, then you at the wrong department, transferring from 1 department to another then they tell you they’ll log a case and you must call back and that is how it goes. The Cancellation process takes over 3 months. No reply on email or if you email a manager. Do yourself a favour and never sign up with Damelin.
