Poor service

I have had the worst experience bot head office and the guy assigned to be my student advisor .I registered and paid full amount for my course duration R22050.00 including hard copy text books which they no longer provide .That was in August countless messages have been sent to find out when am receiving books or when the course starts no responses .k have called head office too many times either am put on hold or get dropped after a while .I have asked for my refund but no one seems to care either .l just need help as l see am heading for disaster if l go ahead with Damelin .Can you guys stop gambling with our future
