POOR SERVICE AT DAMELIN,WASTE OF TIME & MONEY !!!!!!!

I am unable to access my student portal. When I call support they tell me its escalated with no real results. They moved the June EXAMS to NOVEMBER but asked for the JUNE exams fees. I have paid already thinking it was for the June exam. They say this fee is none refundable, but it should be because they are not providing what those fees were meant to pay for. When i called again to find out about the NOVEMBER exams they tell me that if we move to level 4 lockdown, the exams will be moved to NEXT YEAR JUNE 2021, while on the other hand other universities and colleges have already made plans and are writing exams online. This means that we as students must wait one and a half years to write one exam. I WANT MY FULL MONEY BACK SO I CAN REGISTER WITH ANOTHER COLLEGE AND NOT WASTE ANYMORE OF MY TIME!
