Poor service at Damelin online

I joined Damelin online beginning of April. Everything ran smoothly, paid my first installment manually on the 24th of April 2020. I got an email that I can't log in because I'm on soft lock, my course is 3 months mind you. I can't submit my assignments, literally can't do anything yet I'm up to date. I have sent out my POP, emailed but no response. I am not happy with their service. I dont want to deal with them anymore. I would like to cancel my course.
