Poor Service and Unrealiable Sources

I am studying through Damelin all the way from the Middle East. I am originally from South Africa. When ever trying to contact them, they put my call on hold and just leave me hanging (bear in mind that I am making a international call and its not cheap). They will tell me to send an email regarding my problem and then they never reply to me. I have to write exams and when I registered I asked questions regarding exams and not once was it mentioned to me that I would need to make use of a private invigilator. I have so many questions to ask and so much information that I need. The service is very poor and I am highly disappointed. All this time that I am wasting trying to get hold of them, I could actually be devoting that time to studying. I am doing all I can from my side and I paid these people in FULL, and I get no service. This is just one big headache for me and is really stressful on top of my busy life with a full time job. I feel this is very ********* behavior and I feel that if they don't start doing their job properly they should rather refund me my cash and I will make use of someone else that has their students best interests at heart!
