Poor service and response

I registered with Dameline last year end of March i had to wait for my textbooks that i paid for when i got them they i called them to ask for assistance with the books i got. They don't answer their phones i would wait for 20 to 30 min holding on the line when they answer the person whi is answering sounds like they don't want to talk to you. They said they will follow up with support took months time was not on my side as the exam were near but could not help me i tgen asked to cancel my registration they told me its a long process i might not get my money, i then blocked them for debing my money and they never gave me refund till now they just keep on spending messages my account is over due.
