Poor Service and No support from Damelin

We all know how important further education and training is, thus in 2017 I decided to take the step to develop myself and start to further my education with a diploma in business management as I thought it could benefit by enhancing my professional and academic growth. I decided to enroll with @damlin and begin my studies. I paid for the course upfront and it was a pretty penny in fact it was way more than many of the other universities or higher education institutions were offering the course for, this also did not include text books and because it was through correspondence it did not include classes. With the first welcome email I was told we would receive a damlin email account which till today I have not received, nonetheless I continued and tried all avenues to get information about exam and test dates. I had taken leave to write an exam and when I got there I was told that we had to apply for leave again as the venue had no computers yet it was a practical exam. Once again there was no information given to me. We also had to pay an additional fee for internal exams and then again a fee for the external exams which was R900 per exam of which the department of higher education only charges R150 per exam. When I wanted to register for these exams I was told I was too late however other students were able to register after me. I have had no assistance at all and I have absolutely no idea what or where to get information about my studies. I had spoken to a tutor whom I had to find through various channels and I had discussed concerns I had in one of my modules they had asked what the problem was I then explained in detail and asked for assistance this was last year I still have not received feedback from anyone regarding my questions. I had then decided that o no longer want to continue my studies as I am not studying with them. I have paid but received nothing further. They have taken my money but not given me the Education or the opportunity to reach my Educational goals. I have contacted damlin and asked them to please cancel my studies and give me a refund as I have not been able to use any of their services at all, I had submitted all of my assignments for the first semester and have no clue as to whether I have passed or not, when I spoke to the supposed assistant I was told that they have lost my assignments and I should resend them. They have promised to get back to it has been two weeks and still nothing. I am exhausted of trying to get any information as there is not one instance that I have been assisted. I do not want to continue with my studies as this institution seems to be just a money making scheme taking students money and not offering any further information or assistance.
