Poor service and assistance

I emailed them in the beginning of the year with a personal issue and still waiting for feedback. Then I received an email from attorneys with a Letter of Demand on a R200 outstanding balance after all my monies is paid up end of February 2023. I will not suggest that anyone goes and learn after school by them and the service is very poor and there is no assistance after hours or from the person that is assigned to you for help.
