Poor Service

I Am extremely disappointed in the overall service and experience with your institution especially with you accounts department I have been waiting for my refund since last year August it’s now 02 March 2022 and haven’t received any feedback from them at all. I phone weekly and they give me the same story of lies every time and when I want to speak to the Accounts Manager he is not in he’s office. This Guy hasn’t been in he’s office since last year no wonder nothing is getting done , but we all know it just lies poor consultants have a degree in conning people. Please people do t waste your money and time with Damelin Correspondence it’s a **** !!! In my next review I will name every single person that **** to me throughout my horrific experience and what sections they work in .Student 445268
