Poor service

<p>You guys are very quick when it comes to updating posts everyday and very slow when it comes to handling complaints and resolving your issues, I am done with you guys you are really frustrating...been laying the same complain since April this year till this very day and nobody cares to assist or respond for that matter, yet u where very quick to give banking details for payment. I owe nothing my fees are paid in full yet till this day I only received a USB and only 2 work books from you and the silence treatment, ****en student portal never works, call center agents are all dead coz they never pick up...I have sent several emails with no response...can I just have all my money back and I will go study elaewhere where they know how to treat their students not just take their money and dissapear. </p>
