Poor service

The service at this institution is pathetic. I call and hold on for over 20 minutes and the call gets dropped. I've send emails and was promised the exam confirmation letter will be send to me but I'm still waiting and exams start within a week. my account is up to date but I keep getting messages that I need to make an urgent payment to avoid further action.
