Poor service

I called the call 3 times and the consultants keep hanging up the phone , they claim I have not paid my exam fee but everything was done and I have sent them the proof of payment , when I call to ask why am I not receiving I was told that I will receive on the 10th February today nothing and no one willing to help as it seems it's no ones problem , ***
