Poor service

Poor service I studied with Damelin in 2011, doing SLP in Office Administration and they swap my names while I submitted my ID, I was not using my certificate until recently when I got a call from one of the companies I was applying from and they raised the issue, I then send the query to Damelin and I spoke to Tshamaano Manyetse from Menlyn campus who told me that one of the administrators said that they cant assist me as the course was long completed, now I have to suffer for the mistake that was done by the college, cleary someone didn't do his or her job and now I am being affected by their action, meaning my money went down the drain as I can't use the certificate because my names don't correspond with the id. I am very disappointed with their service like they don’t care.
