Poor help desk and Service

My name is Melusi Maxwell Nkosi SA ID:*** in year 2021 i registered for Production and Operations Management Certificate.

I paid the full amount of R25000 including the exams but i did not start with the course due to personal problems.i tried several times to reach out the consultant that was helping me via email and phone even worse the college help desk but no one is willing to assist.

Even yesterday i wrote a email to the college but even now i have no response.it's not like i want them to pay back the money i want to continue with the course that i enrolled in year 2021 next year.
