Poor communication/ Service/Assistance

<p>I have sent my exam registration form and proof of payment for June examination session 2017 before the closing dates. Unfortunately I have NOT received any email with my confirmation letter for this examination session. If you don't have a confirmation letter then you can not write exams and I am concerned because the due date is already passed for the letters. I have contacted their call centre number MULTIPLE TIMES, the line drops every single time. I have also left messages for call back, still no response or call back?Time is essential. The communication is absolutely poor and assistance even worse. </p>
