Poor and no Auto-reply on Email, Excuses

I registered with Damelin DCC late 2019 and immediately after that, i was then transferred to in another office and that began to demand an excessive travelling. i then contacted Damelin to cancel course for now, settle in or come up with another plan since the initial plan was interrupted. I sent an email as per their procedure which was explained but there was acknowledgement whatsoever to date, i have been contacting the call centers and the agents always do n't know what to say except keep re-sending the the forms until when i do not know.

I am so disappointed and irritated by the professionalism people whom should be providing solutions effectively.
