PLEASE HELP

I would like some intervention...I studied HRMP assignment based course with Damelin. Completed and submitted all nine modules in 2017. I am siting with a huge problem where I am not getting feedback from them, I have been emailing them for my results and according to them one assignment is lost, everything was recorded where I submitted my results in, which is in Benoni Damelin. And now an assignment is lost. I have 1000s of emails going back and fort but no positive feedback
