I am a former student at Damelin Correspondence College,enrolled with the Braamfontein Branch. I've completed my studies last year and requested teh award 1st week of December 20147. Its been 6 months now and no Diploma on my hand. I forever call the student services with the update and they promise to return my call with a feedback,still waiting. I've spend more than R500 calling ever-day to every month wanting to know what is happening. I've requested for a letter of complexion but my surname was spelt wrong, i called notifying them to amend the error they didn't bother since they haven't sent the correct one.<br> I went to their office yesterday and the service was bad. i was attended after 30 minutes upon my arrival and to my surprise my name was not amongst the list of the student that is suppose to be sent at Cape Town for their awards (Certificate / Diploma). The lady from Exam by the name of Nomsa said she's busy checking from her office cause there are some the the awards of her office but mine was not there...<br> I was promise a promotion here at work but i ain't gonna get it since a letter of complexion is not a true reflection that is mine and is not a concrete evidence.
