Piece of sh*t DCC

This is probably the most useless ********ly run piece of sh*t outside of government run institutions in SA. To my mistake I register ,without reviewing them, for a 2 year Business Management diploma. Used money it took me a while to save. At first They were helpful, mails get answered withing 30 minutes, no problems. Then I paid. Suddenly nothing, If you are lucky enough to get a reply it's one short sentence answers from the same student advisor that was so helpful before you paid. The student portal is a piece of sh*t. No info except an out of date account statement and your learning material to download. So I hand in my first assignments to write the June exams. Receive the assigment marks in July after I begged them. Still waiting for the June exam schedule. So I came to my senses and asked to cancel and a refund. I know I will not get a full refund, but I figured I would lose my deposit. Then my cancelation gets reviewed and I was told they acted according to the letter of the law and gave me everything they promised. Keep in mind thye gave me a useless student portal, useless student advisor, no communication, no exam, no feedback on assigments. The only thing I received was some PDFs of the course material. For this the want to refund me only R3400 of the R16700 I paid for the first year. They gave me the option to appeal which I did. Was supposed to receive the appeal reult a 6 weeks ago. Still waiting with, surprise surprise no reply to my mails. Luckily I have already turned away some people from making this mistake and I am seeking legal counsel, maybe looking at a class action.

And if Menna GOvender replies to my complaint with that useless email address I am jumoing off something.
