Payments and submission completed, but no results and no certificate !

I have submitted assignments in June . I was told there will be a slight delay its been 4 month since submission.

I need to claim the money back from my employer as they are waiting for me to receive my certificate.

I have sent numerous emails to them requesting for feedback and my certificate to which I received no response.

All payments made to Damelin Correspondence was made on time without any delays.

I have paid a total of R20,042.00 to them.

I request they either refund my money and I continue my studies elsewhere or they can issue my certificate.

I have proof of payments, submission and also the numerous emails sent to them.
