PAY ME MY MONEY, DAMELIN SOUTH AFRICA!!!!!

WARNING: Be very careful when paying for your course that you do not pay for modules within the course from which you are exempt. Damelin South Africa is very quick to take your money, but my experience has shown me that when they owe YOU a refund it seems unlikely that you are will get it. I have been struggling for well over a year to get refunded several thousands of rands owed to me by Damelin South Africa for overpaid fees in respect of my son, Student Number: ***. They ignore all messages, e-mails, etc. On 08 September 2020, we again called in person at the PE campus and were again reassured that all the relevant and substantiating documentation had been submitted. Still ZERO RESPONSE from HO. Not to emails, enquiries, comments left on Damelin's Facebook, and apart from what looks like an automated reply to my messages via Facebook, all I get is to be repeatedly asked to "Please send us your contact details so that we can attend to your query as soon as possible." Time and time again. And that's as far as it gets. No matter that I have already forwarded this info many, many times before and despite that they have every single detail and document to facilitate my refund, but they still do ZERO. Before you sign up, do yourself a favour and scroll through the many, many negative comments left on the Damelin South Africa Facebook page. I have been extremely patient in this matter, but I am now absolutely livid. I'm sure if the reverse app****, Damelin would soon have a debt collector pounding on my door. It is an extremely poor reflection on Damelin and an absolute disgrace that they seemingly do not give one iota about those to whom they owe money.
