Pay for no schooling and no proper advise

In 2013 I registered with DCC online with a lady named FATIMA KHAN filled forms and payed very well, as I was studying I realised I cant study alone and the job was also too much,suddenly I lost my job and got another 1 in 2months time hence I was still paying.The new job had enough time for me to even go for classes and I asked my student advisor if its good that I swap from correspondence to part time and she said she doesn't see any problem,i then visited the nearest branch which is bramley and they told me NO I cant do that and on that note I said I will have to cancel the lady said no you wont be able to do that,Thats when I stopped paying ,then the RUDE coloured ladies started phoninig to say I must pay I explain my problem most of them told me the only reason they phone is to seek payment,sometimes they would transfer me to a dpt where they would say I will get help but mostly they would tell me to pay and say that's how Damelin operates.They would sometimes phone for payments and tell me the exam closing date is tomorrow,not tell in advance and im working,Then now they tell me about legal matters for what for a swap and a cancellation I didn't get but have to keep paying?
