Pay back the refund it is not yours

I have over the last two years tried to get a my refund from Damelin for studies that was cancelled . It is now going onto the 3rd year and refund amount had not been paid back . I have sent numerous emails and emailed all the the required documents for the refund to be paid back, but to date thr payment has not been received .The worst part of this entire story is that the money belongs to the company I work for , this makes me feel like a bad employee as I value the company I work for and hold the business in very high regard.

I have previously studied twice with Damelin a few years ago and the service delivery was of an excellent standard however that being said, I have received no help and have been pushed onto various consultants who can never really help and come up with various factors discussions in regards to the delayed payment. It always never makes sense as to why the refund has not been processed . I would like this complaint to escalate to the CEO of Damelin as this is rather upsetting to not receive a requested refund for close to 3years .
