Pay back money

I am very disappointment with the way damelin does things I registered with abt two months ago when I realised I couldn't be able to pay for my fees bcz things were taking a huge turn in my life I decided to cancel my registration well I sent one their consultant menzi woxolo an email explaining my concern I was forwarded to daisy who also forwarded my email to their cancellation department wer I got an email from molifi with a deregistration form that I must fill and send back with other required docs well I did as asked with no respond on how far is the cancellation report as days pass by with me calling and being passed around to wrong department I get a call from a lady in one of their branches telling me im behind with my instalments so I have not received any study material from them nothing to say I should hv bad credit because of them and meanwhile I have cancelled and waiting for my refund to no avail I trusted you guys to help us persue our careers but so far it looks like im being ****med of my hard earned money I cant pay for my fees anymore just helps me by refunding my R3250 I paid for deposit and study materials I never received I do not want to involve any lawyers at this stage I want to know that you cancelled everything and when can I get my money.
