Pathetic services ever!

Pathetic services I've ever seen in my life...it's taking them over 1 year to cancel my studies with them and their employees are absolutely useless no one can help me... they put me on hold and don't get back to me... I can't get a loan due to Damelin outstanding payment of a huge about which I don't owe. My life has to stop now. I've calling and following yet it's their job to inform me on the status of my cancellation... I'm just disgusted!
