Pathetic services

My fees was paid in full by my company, i am currently awaiting my final results which was supposed to be issued on the 01/02/2021, now i am told that there is a credit of R2000.00 on my account which their finance department is investigating & once they are done, then they will release my results, however they are unsure on the turnaround time. One can never get through to the contact centre without holding for atleast 15 mins. I got the same agent (Dezlyn Benjamin) twice, who is very rude & hung up on me as she could not answer my questions. I have submitted my assignment on the 16/03/2020 & never received my results although we were told that we will receive our assignment results before exam reults.
