Pathetic service, No refund, masters of a circus

I registered to do a course in 2017 for 18 months. I had the most useless advisor Jarrod Naidoo that never even returned a mail. I did this course by myself only to find out 2 years later that Damelin does not have my assignments. Gracefully i asked for an extension which they granted for 6 months. i was asked to get my material of the website which i could not access because Damelin did not link me. After numerous attempts and screaming matches it was still not done. I there after requested a full refund of R18 500.00. to date i am getting a run around. i have emails and telephone records to prove this. Damelin is the most useless unprofessional pathetic institute you can ever come across. The so called staff that insist on putting the phone down every time because there is nobody to help. The following excuses are used: No manager, out on lunch, in a meeting, working from home, covid 19 and the list goes on. In the last day the people have given me a run around Thandi, Precious, Craig, Tebogo and also the list goes on.

I am disgusted. I want my money back.
