Pathetic service, no feedback/incorrect books

I registered for the multimedia motion certificate course in October 2014, and paid for the course in full (R16 995).<br> After receiving my books the syllabus i received was slightly different than described on the website. However, the first subject comprised of 3 books (Basic, Intermediate and Advanced). I have to date only received the Basic and Advanced books, due to this i am unable to carry on with my studies. I have sent numerous emails to the support centre, and phoned them to explain that i am still missing a book. It's now almost the end of June, and still no feedback.<br> <br> In the meantime i carried on with 2 other subjects, handed in 2 assignments 3 months ago. I have queried numerous times to find out my marks for the assignments, still no feedback. WHAT DID I PAY FOR?<br> <br> After all of this i am so demotivated to carry on with the studies. Please let me know if the course can be canceled and if i can be reimbursed. Student No.421086
