Pathetic service from staff!!!!

Once again Damelin has failed to deliver. I am speechless. I have tried contacting Damelin several times (via email and telephone) , the call "drops" 90% of the time and nobody seems to answer emails or even follow up on your query. I have spoken to Nicolette , Miyelani, Ntombana, Ncumisa and I cant remember the other agents names. Please respond to my emails, as I will not be penalised because Damelin did not submit my term mark to CTC. This is nonsense, I dont have funds to be rewriting, especially when nobody gets back to me with valid reasons. Can somebody please contact me with a response. Service from your call centre is pathetic, furthermore I will not be repeating myself, your agents are supposed to add notes on the system. this has been going on for more than a year now.
