PATHETIC SERVICE FROM DAMELIN CORRESPONDENCE

I'm battling to get my external examinations from Damelin, after I was promised they will be emailed to me earlier on. I'm still waiting, calling them countless times but I'm being put from pillar to post. I'm not surprised anyway they provide the worst customer service in the entire world. Angie not sure of her surname is really useless and not helpful. Atleast Warren tried, Damelin consultants must go for customer experience training.
