Pathetic service

I am utterly disappointed in their service, I have requested a refund in November as they they failed to deliver an excellent service and after so many postponements of the dates I was supposed to start my course on. I have been trying so much to communicate as it seemed like they don't care about students!!! I was told to speak to Cleavon refund administrator I sent an email and she had a nerve to tell me she hasn't been into her emails for a longest time and she did not even sound like someone who's sympathetic although I was very angry she just said "just call me on Thursday I'll see what I can do I mean R800 is just a small amount " like seriously if it was a small amount why did it take them decades to refund it??? Right now I'm trying to call no one is even picking up they're phone I just want my Money back ahhhh
