Pathetic Service Delivery

Good day. I have registered my daughter for a course at Damelin Correspondence College. the Consultant was very helpful at 1st. Necessary Documents were emailed and payment has been made.

she is still awaiting feedback. Assignments are due and she has not received any registration confirmation yet. Called several times and call gets transferred to different people every time and no1 can assist.

consultant keeps saying they on it but its now 2 weeks later.

I am angry because they were harassing for payment. in the meantime my daughter is falling behind.
