PATHETIC SERVICE AND TAKING MONEY FOR NO REASON

I am exstreamly disappointed in this College, I hand it assignments and I don't hear anything regarding those assignments and on top of it they deducted almost the whole of my salary and they do not wanna refund the money back to me, for what? I cant pay my other obligations because of them and the worse part of all of this is their customer service is pathetic!!! I am a paying student for peeps sake, I haven't missed one payment. I have signed an agreement with you according to the National Credit Act giving you the authority to only deduct an amount of R 503 , so who gave you the right to deduct a flipping R 1066 off my account and then your student adviser has the nerve to tell me his not ganna beat around the bush I am not going to get my money back... psssssh i want my money back!!! or else I will not be lodging an complaint on Hello Peter but I will with the Ombudsman.
