Pathetic service

I dont usually like to name and shame but I have had enough of Damelin Correspondence.

I started studying with them in 2017. In February 2019 I decided to cancel my studies with them because of poor service delivery. Eventually when my cancelation was processed I was told that they owe me a refund. The refund was supposed to be paid to me in November 2019. I have been emailing them since November about when I can expect the refund and everytime they just tell me that the financial department deal with refunds and they also can't give me a direct number to the financial department.

I will definitely not recommend anyone to waste their time studying with Damelin Correspondence.
