Pathetic service

I have been a student at damelin correspondence college.i have never in my life experience such a poor,bad, pathetic and useless service. Nothing but ****..School fees paid off. When i registered i was advised that the assignments were not compulsory. I then proceeded with my course. Passed the exams, now the time when I had to get the certificate I was told of the assignments to my suprise. I however did those assignments and submitted them last year received the results early this year. I have passed 1 and failed 2. The marker did not even bother to let me know where I did wrong. I redid the assignments very difficult excel assignments that I don’t even understand why would a normal person give a student such difficult assignments excel Nogal.

Fast forward submitted the assignment2 at damelin head office on the 10 of October 2019 left it with the receptionist, whose light in a complexion and bit chubby, she then offered to assist me to set up the student portal, of which that ****** ****en thing is not even working . I have been calling since the 11 November 2019 to find out about my results. Am told nothing shows on the system. So what must be done? Cause assignment was submitted. My life is on hold I can’t even apply for what I studied cause the companies require qualifications... stop playing with our emotions. I don’t get my results by the time they close I’ll be taking up this matter to Twitter, and the media. Dameline really needs to be exposed for this nonsense.
