Pathetic service
What pathetic service!!! I have called you people 6 times today....to no avail. Your staff has no idea who is the CEO, they transfer me only for me to be kept on hold and still no answer.....I WANT TO KNOW WHERE IS MY DAUGHTERS STUDY MATERIAL!!! I have paid more than what is required an still nothing. My emails go unresponded and your staff are rude......either send her study material, before her assignments are due or return my money.
