Pathethic after sales service and support

So I signed up for a course in feb/March. I was contacted on the turn when the consultant wanted me to register. Payment was done and I still received SMSes for urgent payment for about 2 or 3 months after. I got received my books months after. I was not informed of exam dates and when I queried, I was told that if I email, I would be registered. Which never happened. Long story short, their service sucks. I would never recommend them. I have requested for a cancellation. It's been months and nothing has come of it. Noone responds to emails and the cancellations dept lines are never answered. I am tired of fighting them. I just need my money refunded in full. They can have all their books back. It hasn't even been opened
