Patheic Damelin Correspondence College

I have written to the student advisor on the 5 March 2019 with regards to my June 2019 exams , when can I register to write my exams. I only get a reply back on the 13 May 2019 stating that the entry for June exams is closed , I can only write in November now. I tried calling as well before all you get is that we are experience high call volume's, put on hold for 25 minutes only for the call to be dropped this happened on number of occasions. Finally I got through only to be told I cant write my exams and the call centre agent was rude and abrupt to me. There was no email or sms sent from Damelin stating that registration for June exams is open. I got a call from another student advisor , she emailed me the June registrations forms and it was filled in and sent back to the student advisor. I have a email on the 13 May 2019, 16 May 2019, 21 May 2019, 27 May 2019, and would you believe it still no response from the student advisor. This is the worst correspondent college no communication s****s what so ever, they will only contact you if you owe them money. I am so really disappointed with Damelin, I will never recommend Damelin to anyone.
