Pastel Expired

Hi, I have been having problems with the pastel educational pack since 15/01/2015 I have been sending emails since the expiry date. I have copies of all the emails regarding this incident, The registration codes they are providing me is not working and I have been sending the print screens to show them the error I am receiving.<br> All my assignments needs to be submitted before the 22/11/2015. However I cannot submit my last assignment on pastel, I have done the assignment but due to the pastel being expired, the assignment did not back up as it kept on failing, I only realized that the assignment did not back up when I submitted by assignment twice to the college, ones with feedback that the CD had an error and the 2nd time they said the wrong assignment was backed up on the CD. This is causing me unnecessary stress, as I need to focus on my exams. The emails that I am sending I only get a response that the \In view of the content of your correspondence below
